Frequently asked questions
How many photos do I need?
It depends on the effect. Each effect page says one or two before you start, and the upload step asks for exactly that many.
What does the free first print cover?
A new account gets one free photo. It is shown and downloaded with a small watermark; removing the watermark costs $4.99 (4 credits). Every effect shows its credit cost, and a failed generation is refunded automatically. Money refunds for a payment are separate and handled manually through Waffo Pancake.
Who can see my photo?
Only you. Uploads and results belong to your account. The public effect pages show example imagery, never your photo or result.
What happens to my files?
Uploads are removed after 7 days and results after 30. You can delete either one earlier from your account.
Do I need to write a prompt?
No. You pick an effect; the prompt and model stay on our server and are never sent to your browser.
